Shops that are Tops
The Approved Auto Repair program has been around since 1975. Since that time, nationally, AAA has inspected and approved thousands of repair facilities all across the country. Only shops that have met the stringent criteria set forth by AAA have been allowed to display the AAA logo giving motorists that peace-of-mind when it comes to quality repairs or service for their automobile.

AAA Auto Club South has taken it one step further. In their existing network of over 350 repair shops, Auto Club South has set the bar even higher and is awarding the Top Shop Award to repair facilities taking customer service and quality auto repair to the next level. The Club will select one shop in Florida, Georgia and Middle & West Tennessee as the recipients of this prestigious award. In order to qualify for this award an Approved Auto Repair facility must meet all of the following criteria:
  • Must have been an Approved Auto Repair affiliate prior to January 1, 2008
  • Must receive 10+ Service Evaluation Cards per month for 10+ months or 100+ cards over the course of minimum 10 months for the 2008 calendar year
  • Must have a year-end average Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 99% or higher
  • Must have current ASE (or equivalent) certifications in areas of repair you profess
While we think all our shops are tops, these award winners have clearly recognized the demands of the motoring public, the technology changes in the industry and service levels our Members deserve.
