Log on to www.AAA.com/Win and complete an official entry form and send it electronically by 11:59:59 PM EST on Dec. 31, 2009 or entries may be mailed to: Vacation of a Lifetime Sweepstakes, P.O. Entrants are automatically entered into drawing for corresponding monthly prizes, with the exception of December 2008 when entrants will be entered to win the January 2009 monthly prize. 5. Winner Determination 

Monthly and Grand Prize winners will be selected randomly within fifteen (15) days of the sweepstakes deadline for entries. Winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Main Sponsor’ discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner selected.
