Emergency Road Service Call Receivers
With your AAA membership, when you're stuck beside the road you want to call someone who cares. That's why we are looking for patient and compassionate people who can reassure our members when they come to us for help. You can make a difference, providing assistance that helps calm people down in emergency situations. Be that friendly voice that people depend on during stressful times.
Must have:
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work every weekend and Holidays
- Basic PC proficiency
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to successfully pass a Call Center Assessment
- Bi-lingual a Plus

Insurance Agents (Property & Casualty)
At AAA, we represent only carriers that are rated "B+" or higher by AM Best. Our financial strength and reputation for excellence come from more than 100 years of providing high-quality products and services to our customers. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is responsible for generating new business insurance sales through outside marketing efforts, inbound & outbound telephone calls, and walk-in business.
Must have:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- 1-2 years insurance sales experience in a full service insurance agency
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Thorough understanding of personal lines coverage and underwriting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with clients
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Internet)
- Must maintain necessary continuing education required for license renewal

- Presently hold an active life and health license (2-15 or 2-18)
