Emergency Road Service Reimbursement Request

AAA members are asked to contact the local AAA affiliated club or one of AAA’s toll-free phone numbers to secure authorized AAA service. In the unusual event AAA service cannot be secured, the AAA member will be reimbursed for covered emergency road services provided by a non-AAA service provider up to the reasonable prevailing commercial rate for the region. For lockout or lost key coverage, reimbursement will be limited to a $50 maximum reimbursement.

In the event AAA service is available and not used, reimbursement will be limited to what it would have cost AAA to provide the covered service.

Please attach your original receipt(s) to the Emergency Road Service Reimbursement Form and mail the form and the attached receipt(s) to the following address: 

You, the member, should make copies of the receipt(s) and the completed form for your records. Reimbursement requests must be received within 90 days of service.

Temporary/Promotional memberships are not eligible for reimbursement. *Reimbursement consideration request from other clubs must be submitted to the "home" club.
